ExtractAnything helps you extract text and structured data from PDFs and images. This page explains the current product behavior.
Uploaded files
When you use the extraction tool, your file is uploaded to our application server and sent to an AI provider for extraction. The current product is not local-only browser processing.
Stored metadata and results
We store file metadata, selected extraction type, prompt, extracted text, structured JSON when available, anonymous session ID, and usage events so the history page can work and abuse can be limited.
Lead and contact data
If you join early access or contact us, we store the email address and message details you submit.
Model training
We do not intentionally use your documents to train our own models. Files are processed by the AI provider to fulfill the extraction request. Provider data handling is governed by the provider terms for the configured API account.
Deletion requests
You can delete individual history items from the history page. For broader deletion requests, email founder@extractanything.com with the email address or session context related to the request.
